Ultimate imaging fidelity

UBICEPT TOOLKIT
/
SPAD INTEGRATION

For teams exploring the potential of next-generation single-photon cameras, the Ubicept Toolkit transforms sparse, high-bandwidth data into blur-free imagery for downstream perception—all in real time, under the most challenging lighting and motion conditions.

Where physics meets perception

The Ubicept Toolkit uses Ubicept Photon Fusion processing (UPF) to transform SPAD measurements into high-quality images ready for downstream perception. In addition, our Flexible Light Acquisition and Representation Engine (FLARE) integrates with supported cameras to maximize performance through optimized photon capture and encoding.

Supported third-party cameras

The Ubicept Toolkit can process measurements from any SPAD camera. We’ll work with your team to configure the output format and capture settings for your application.
For a ready-to-use option with optimized photon capture and encoding, we’ve implemented our FLARE technology on the SPAD Alpha from Pi Imaging Technology, a ZEISS company. Its key features include:
1024×1024 color sensor
Zero readout noise
6 nanosecond exposures
Simple USB connectivity
